We’re not registered for VAT, so we don’t charge it. The amount in the proposal is the amount you pay.
Payments are split by project phase, usually into two or three installments. The schedule is in the proposal.
Yes, but you pay them directly to the providers, from your own accounts: the domain (about €15 a year), hosting (around €20 a month for most sites) and, for online stores, a Shopify subscription. Maintenance from us is optional.
