Who handles your data
The data controller is Morfum, Zagreb, Croatia. If you have questions about your personal data, email hello@morfum.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us yourself. Through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company and message. Through the price calculator: your email address, your selections and project description, and your name, company and phone if you add them. When you book a call: your name, email address and the time you pick. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it and for how long
We use it only to reply to your inquiry, send you the estimate you asked for and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else. A few providers process it on our behalf under the GDPR: Vercel hosts the site, Resend sends our emails, Cal.com handles call bookings, and Anthropic’s Claude writes the calculator breakdown from your selections and description. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn’t use this data to train its models. Some of these providers are based in the US; those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, limit how we use it, or object to its use. You can also contact the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
