Challenge

People buying in a new building choose a floor, a view and a layout before the building exists. PDF price lists go out of date as soon as a unit sells, and the sales team spends its calls explaining where each residence is.

Approach

The 3D building is the main way in: each residence is colored by availability and can be filtered by bedrooms, price and floor. Every residence has its own page with a floor plan, hours of direct sun by season and a link to book a tour. The 3D model, the floor plans and the list all read from one data set, so a sale updates every view at once.

What we designed

  • 3D building colored by availability
  • Filters by bedrooms, price and floor
  • Residence page with floor plan and sun hours
  • Floor-by-floor plans and a mobile view
