Our product for apartment and villa owners: a website where guests book directly, without platform commission, with a calendar that matches Booking.com and Airbnb and an assistant that answers guests in their language.

Challenge
Booking.com usually takes about 15% of every stay, and from October 2026 most Airbnb hosts pay 15.5%. Even returning guests, and people who search for the house by name, still book through the platforms, because the owner has nowhere else for them to book.
Approach
The guest sees the price, the dates and the saving in the first screen, and books in three steps with a card deposit. Availability comes from the owner’s channel manager, so no date is sold twice. The owner’s overview shows one number first: how much commission stayed with them this season. Questions about parking, pets or check-in go to the assistant, which only answers from what the owner gave it and forwards everything else.
